BIOGRAPHY

Lars Richters grew up in Livonia and was a player in the club from 1982 through 1987. After graduating from Livonia Stevenson High School, Lars went on to enjoy four outstanding years at Yale University. Following this experience, he returned to Michigan to begin a professional indoor soccer career with the Detroit Rockers of the National Professional Soccer League from '91 to '98.

Lars has been the head coach of multiple state, regional and national championship teams.  Most notably the U16 Development Academy National Champions (Derby County Wolves) in '09, the U15 USYSA National Champions in '07 and the U18 USYSA National Champions in '03.

Lars currently holds the US Soccer 'A' License and 'Academy Director' License.
